If you’re happy with our pricing structure and ideas, we can arrange to meet up to discuss the finer details (design, paper, colours, etc). We do ask a consultation fee for the first meeting. If a meeting is a bit difficult, then we can always have a telephonic discussion – there is no consultation fee for this. We have successfully designed and produced items for brides internationally and all over South Africa without personal meetings.
One you have approved the quote, you will receive a pro forma invoice with banking details and required booking fee, as well as quantities and paper choice – please ensure these details are correct, as this will be considered the final numbers, finishing and paper choice. We require a booking fee, along with final wording to start with the design.
Please allow up to 15 working days for design and layout. You will receive a digital draft on which you can check font preferences, design elements and colour guides,. Please do a final spell check and name/number check. Included in the design fee are two revision rounds. Once we have your approval on the revised digital draft, we will print a mock-up for final sign-off and proceed to final production.
The final product can either be collected from our offices in Hartbeespoort o overnight delivery in Gauteng can be arranged to your door at an additional cost.
No problem! A “rush job” fee will be charged on orders required within 20 working days. Rush jobs will be accommodated where production schedules allow.
