Welcome to I Do – Creative Concepts. When placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which ensure clarity and fairness in every creative partnership.

Quotations & Orders

• Quotes and estimates are valid for 7 days, subject to final content, materials, and price adjustments.
• Final orders require a signed quotation or order form, and payment of the pro forma invoice confirms acceptance.
• Variations from original specifications may result in revised quotes.
• Design will commence only once final wording is received; further changes incur Authors’ Corrections fees.
• All prices are in ZAR and payable in ZAR. Prices may change without notice; however, confirmed paid orders will be honoured.
• A non-refundable booking fee/deposit is required on confirmation of order.

Digital Services & Product Design

• Design lead time: up to 15 working days (unless otherwise agreed).
• Print & production require at least 20 working days.
• Rush jobs (required within 20 days or less) may be accepted based on scheduling, and are subject to a 25% surcharge.
• Changes after mock-up printing incur a R650 surcharge per revision.
• All digital items include 2 revision rounds unless otherwise stated; further changes billed at R450/hour.

Payments & Fees

• R450/hour applies to hourly design, consultation, or corrections.
• Cash and EFT payments are accepted when cleared in our account.
• Cash deposits incur an 8% administration fee on the final invoice.
• No cheque payments accepted.
• Debt recovery costs and a R150/month admin fee apply to overdue accounts.
• All items remain property of I Do – Creative Concepts until paid in full.

Production & Delivery

• All products are handmade; natural variations may occur.
• Additions or extras will be quoted separately.
• Client must sign off artwork before print; we are not liable for errors if designs were not approved.
• Artwork errors must be reported within 24 hours of receiving goods.
• We are not liable for delays, damage, or loss once goods leave our premises (courier responsibility).
• All content, including logos and copy, must be supplied in correct formats. A R650/hour conversion fee applies to incompatible files.

Copyright & Content Use

• All designs remain copyright of I Do – Creative Concepts.
• No open files, fonts, or editable elements will be shared with clients or third parties.
• Reproduction of designs, in whole or part, without written consent is strictly prohibited.
• Clients indemnify I Do – Creative Concepts against claims relating to infringement of trademarks, copyrights, or designs.
